Please confirm that you approve to our data privacy policy and by doing so permit us to handle your PII as described. Without your permission, we would not be able to propose you as possible resource for our client's projects. We will collect and use your PII only for the following purposes:

  • for staffing of our own projects or of our clients’ projects;
  • for verification and evaluation of references or information on your identity as well as for generally developing and optimizing our services.

We will not use your PII for any other purpose, except if we are legally obliged, if you give us explicit permission or if it would be in your own interest to do so (e.g. medical emergencies).

Employees of our company will have access to your PII in order to fulfill the purposes listed above. We are allowed to transmit your PII or (the necessary parts of it) to

  • our clients,

  • our strategic partners.

Your PII might also be transferred to clients, partners and branch offices abroad. The countries they are located in might be outside the EU/EEU and might provide a lower level of data security and privacy (e.g. USA). We also might use servers abroad to store/backup your PII.

According to §9 BDSG we have implemented appropriate technical, organizational and legal measures to protect your PII.

You have the right to request a report on all your PII we store at any time. You can also direct us to correct false or outdated PII. If you do not want us to retain your PII and do not use it in future e.g. for applications or staffing screenings for other projects, please contact our Data security and privacy officer, Klaus Schlitt.

Please permit us to store and process your PII in the way we stated before by agreeing to our privacy statement. You have the right to recall this permission at any time and to direct us to delete your PII from our database.
