To begin with, we work together with you to draw up the profile of your perfect candidate. We then make sure that the candidates who fulfill your requirements and are available at the required time attain the required qualifications. We know most of our candidates personally, although we go one step further and request references from previous employers.
We then send you the resumes of the candidates shortlisted. If any of these are of interest to you, we arrange an appointment for an interview by telephone or a personal meeting. You decide whether candidates are to work on a freelance basis or are employed by us for a fixed period of time. The flexibility of our contracts allows us to adapt our project services to suit your personal requirements, particularly with regard to the type of service, work location, term of contract, and contract volume.
