Privacy Policy
Privacy is a matter of trust. We respect the privacy of personally identifiable information (PII) of employees, applicants, customers, service providers and other partners. Therefore we take care in fulfilling the requirements of data privacy regulations that apply to us, e.g. the "Bundesdatenschutzgesetz" (BDSG – German national data protection and privacy law), the "Telemediengesetz" (TMG – German national law for new media) and the "Telekommunikationsgesetz" (TKG - German national law on telecommunication services).
Data Privacy on our Website
We do not collect PII from visits to our website. Our servers are recording only information necessary for establishing the internet connection, e.g.

- date and time of request
- transferred data volume
- status results
- used web browser
- requesting domain
This information is only used for statistical purposes in order to optimize the technical performance of our website and prioritize contents.
Information you send to us
Personally identifiable information is collected only, if you voluntarily send them to us, e.g. in a process of an application or a request for information. In case of an application you explicitly agree to the storage of your PII. The text of what you agreed to can be found HERE. According to §9 BDSG we have implemented appropriate measures to protect your PII. We will not sell your PII to any third party. The access to your PII and the processes conducted with your PII are subject of strict internal rules. We will use you PII only for the purpose you sent us the information for.
Cancelling of newsletters
If you have subscribed to newsletters from us and do not want to receive them any more, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Please send us an email to Klaus Schlitt: datenschutz@ipsways.com, from the address which is subscribed to or please specify the address which should not receive the newsletter any more.
Your right to know
You have the right to request disclosure on all your PII we have stored and how we use it at any time. You can also object to the storage and use of your PII at any time, recall permissions you gave us, direct us to correct, delete or block your PII.
