Declaration of consent in data storage

In accordance with Directive 95/46 / EC of the European Parliament and the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz – BDSG), we hereby inform you of the way in which we collect, store, use and transfer personal data.

By “personal data” we mean all data directly and indirectly concerning your person, such as: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, academic degree and professional title, information on education, qualifications, skills and abilities, language skills, hobbies, family status, date of birth, sex, nationality, references from former employers / projects and other third parties,  and other information regarding your person that you will provide us or that we receive.

Please only sign this declaration if you agree to the following use of your personal data. If you do not agree, it will not be possible for us to consider you as a candidate for our projects.

We will process these personal data for the following purposes:

  • project assignments on your own behalf or on behalf of one of our customers
  • reviewing and evaluating your references and details, as well as further developing and improving our service

For any other purpose, the personal data will not be used unless public acts require so or if an explicit permission is provided by you, or if it is in your own interest (e.g., in medical emergencies).

The employees of our company have access to your personal data for the above listed purposes. We may forward your personal data or parts thereof to:

  • our clients
  • our consultants, research, and information specialists involved in the project
  • other third parties, as contractors pursuant to Art. §11 BDSG, such as IT service providers or other administrative or security-related service providers
  • our strategic partners

The personal data can also be transferred to foreign branches, partners and customers, including countries outside the European Economic Area. This may not guarantee the same level of data protection as within the European Union. In addition, your personal data may also be stored on servers outside Germany or the EU.

We meet acc. § 9 BDSG appropriate technical, organizational and legal provisions for the protection of your personal data.

You have the right at any time to request information about your personal data stored by us, as well as to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data. If you do not want your personal data to be passed, or if you do not want to be considered for other projects, please contact our privacy officer, Klaus Schlitt.

Please confirm this declaration of consent for us using your personal data in the indicated manner. You have the right at any time to revoke this consent or to request the deletion of your data from our databases.
