Udo Foff
Owner and Manager of the IPSWAYS Group
Graduated in Business Studies, Udo Foff started his career as an account manager working for an IT service provider for which he successfully established a new branch.
Founding a headhunting business in Hamburg, he began focusing on recruiting staff. He continued working as an office manager of an English freelancer agency in Frankfurt. After joining IPS Software, he took over the company group IPSWAYS which he has expanded into one of the leading IT service providers.
Jan Melich

After graduating in 2012, Jan Melich turned his passion into a profession. At his first station as a recruitment consultant at one of the leading IT service providers, he got the necessary tools and developed into a respected partner for customers and applicants in the shortest possible time. In 2017, IPSWAYS seized the opportunity and won him as the person responsible for setting up the field of placement of permanent employees. The Frankfurt and Hamburg locations have already been successfully built and more will follow.
