First level support is provided by IT Service Centre (Helpdesk). Support tickets are filtered and relevant ones are forwarded to the Desktop Support group.
– End User Support on Dell hardware
– Office 365 / Microsoft products
– Iphone / Mobile devices / Airwatch
– Use ServiceNow for Ticket management
– Use SCCM for Imaging new device
– Integrate and act as eyes and ears for remote technical specialists groups
– Working on you own at the site but part of a bigger team within Europe
